Reach Mastery in Maths
Our carefully structured Maths program begins in our foundation program and continues seamlessly into Grades 1 to 6, developing a deep mathematical understanding and building Maths mastery. We continue to deepen children’s understanding of numbers, patterns, and problem-solving strategies through a nurturing, engaging, and structured approach with a special emphasis on the pictorial stage of the CPA (Concrete–Pictorial–Abstract), Singapore Mathematical Framework.
This visual learning stage is critical in deepening comprehension, fostering flexible thinking, and building confidence in problem-solving. As concepts grow in complexity, so does each child’s confidence and curiosity—ensuring that learning remains fun, meaningful, and connected every step of the way.
supporting a natural progression in mathematical thinking and confidence. At this stage, we move beyond the foundations of number sense and introduce more complex concepts in fractions, decimals, percentages, geometry, algebra, and data handling, all aligned with the Victorian Curriculum, only higher in intensity and standards.
We now place increasing emphasis on the abstract stage of the CPA (Concrete–Pictorial–Abstract) approach within the Singapore Mathematical Framework. Students are now guided to confidently apply concepts learned using formal mathematical language, symbols, and multi-step problem-solving strategies. This stage is essential for developing logical reasoning, fluency, and independent thinking—skills that are critical for high school readiness and long-term academic success. As the complexity of content grows, so too does each child’s ability to think critically, solve problems creatively, and approach mathematics with curiosity and confidence. Throughout this journey, our nurturing and structured approach ensures that learning remains meaningful, engaging, and connected at every step.
Our program design is aligned with the Victorian curriculum, but is much higher in its intensity and standards.
Our lessons cover all key areas of the Victorian Curriculum, including:
Number
Algebra
Measurement
Space
Statistics
Probability
At this stage of learning, we place strong emphasis on the ‘Pictorial’ phase of the Concrete–Pictorial–Abstract (CPA) approach. Students transition from hands-on activities to visual representations—such as number lines, bar models, and diagrams—to help them understand and internalize mathematical concepts before moving to abstract symbols and equations.
Our goal is to help students advance beyond their school year level. By the end of the academic year.
Class Overview
Two sessions, one face-to-face and one online, per week. Each session is 1 hour long.
Face to face session will be at Galada Community Centre, Epping.
One session will be online.
A typical month may include four sessions, two sessions each week.
Number of sessions per month may vary between 6 to 10, depending on public and school holidays.
Learning Materials Included: All learning materials—including classwork and homework—are provided at no extra cost. Unlike many other programs, there are no hidden fees for materials on top of your tuition.
Regular assessments are conducted to evaluate students understanding of the subject and to test their application skills. Each student is carefully monitored and their parents are kept informed of their performance and progress. The high achievers as well as disciplined & hard working students will be rewarded as to encourage & motivate students to challenge themselves further. Students struggling, will be given targeted attention and additional support.
Fee
$100 per month.
Fees are fixed per month, regardless of the number of classes, including during school holidays. A typical month includes four weekly classes, though this may vary between 6 to 10 classes depending on public and school holidays.
Payment Terms
Fees are payable in advance by direct debit on the 30th of each month for the following month.
Cash payments may be accepted only for face-to-face students, at Eduventure's discretion, and must cover a minimum two-month block.
Online students must pay via direct debit only.
Non-Payment Policy
Failure to pay by the due date will result in the automatic forfeiture of the student’s place in the class, which will automatically be offered to the next student on the waiting list.
